The automotive landscape is irreversibly changing. While today’s cars are undoubtedly faster than before, they are also more disconnected than ever from the visceral sensations of driving. Vibrations from engines and the road are dampened, steering wheels give artificial feedback, visibility is lessened, and even the engine sounds we hear are fake. The electrification of the automobile and transition from a driving experience to a transportation appliance will broaden the distance from the driving sensations of the past even further.

Located outside Dallas, TX, Sub Zero was founded with the goal of nurturing the soul of the automobile; restoring and preserving the mechanically focused cars of the past. Cars built to stimulate the senses from head to toe with real noises and vibrations. Cars that let you feel the revs and the road; hear the engine and the tires. For the first time, the mechanical underpinnings of cars being appreciated on a passionate level, and Sub Zero is focused on restoring those components to a degree worthy of that passion.
